1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
- Products must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a refund.
- To qualify for a return, the item must:

- Gift cards.
- Sale or clearance items (Are"Final Sale").
- Customized or personalized items.

3. Process for Returns
- To initiate a return, email us at jenny@jconsultingcompany.com with the following details:
- Your name and order number.
- A description of the reason for return.
- Photos of the item (if it arrived damaged or defective).
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return address and instructions for shipping the item back.
4. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
